Veggies! So normally, my first meal of the day consist of the same stuff: veggies, a piece of fruit, 3 egg whites and a nice muffin (like the one I shared yesterday all gluten free for 60 calories each). Typically, I make an egg squish at the beginning of the week and then I eat that for my first meal each day with a whole avocado… yummy! I promise to share the receive soon. My squishes are made without gluten or gluten substitutes, high in protein and fiber, oil free and about 60 calories per serving. This is of course followed promptly by some pressed coffee!
