Day 17 of 31

Homemade baked Treats! So normally,  I run out to the gym before eating, but I still love looking at my clean kitchen with fresh baked treats on the table, just waiting for me to come home after 2 hours of sports to dive in. These muffins are totally gluten free, no sugar added (except natural sugar that comes from fruits), and are a total of 50-60 calories each. I plan to add a receipt section to the blog. As soon as I do, I will share the recipe, which only take 10 minutes to make and 30-60 minutes to bake. I make them while I wait for the water to boil for my morning coffee. This is of course followed promptly by some pressed coffee!
