Fruit! Well to be more specific I only eat certain fruits. A long time ago, I have up eating the fruits that are just placed infront of me and now I intentionally select the fruits that are best for my body and my personal wellness, fitness and health lifestyle. Also, all of these are great for when I am on the go, traveling or need to sports train. This is of course followed promptly by some pressed coffee! Here are my top 3 Go to Fruits:
- Grapefruit: low in sugar, burns body fat and helps digest all my food.
- Blueberries: low in sugar, high in antioxidants to low stress and easy to juice.
- Apples: has built in enzymes and bacteria great for your belly and digestion.
