Running! I used to hate you so much. I sometimes tried to avoid thinking of you! Now you are one of my closest friends. I can share my thoughts, worries and success with you. I try to run every day, as it is an opportunity to connect with my thoughts in a mindful way. It is an opportunity to let go of my concerns and all the worries that living comes with. It is a great way to make sure that I keep my body as fit as my mind… I run even when I do not want to, because afterwards I am always grateful that I did it. This is of course followed promptly by some pressed coffee!
