Mornings Photo Blog 2/31

Day 2 of 31

I love love love to start my mornings with a small workout. I take about 30 minutes to an hour to mediate for 5 to 10 minutes, yoga for 20 minutes and a quick workout focusing on abs, legs and arms for about 30 minutes the critical places for everyone on the go. I will share my exact workout when I get to the podcast and blog topic of fitness next month…  Followed promptly by some pressed coffee!
